Keeping an active, healthy lifestyle is always a great idea! Whether you play a group sport, run, do yoga, dance, or work out at the gym- chances are youre going to sweat it out! Sometimes being in the gym with others while youre sweaty and overheated can be a bit daunting. Smelling good while you split the space and feel the burn can help alleviate that insecurity (if there is any that is).

Having a fragrance for the gym, a yoga session or any form of exercise isnt necessarily essential, but it is a nice alternative for when in need of a cool, soft, refreshing and inoffensive fragrance (which could also act as an additional summer scent as well).
